2. Description of Service

CrossCardsNotes is a spatial note-taking application that allows users to create, organize, and share notes using a card-based system. The Service includes features such as personas, collaboration, subscriptions, and premium content management.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Refund Policy

CrossCardsNotes offers Free, Premium, and Business subscription plans. Premium and Business plans are paid subscriptions that provide additional features and capabilities. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. After 30 days, all subscription fees are non-refundable. 5. Content Ownership and Usage

You retain all rights to the content you create and upload to the Service. By making content public, you grant other users the right to view and follow your public notes. You are solely responsible for the content you post and share through the Service.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

7. Personas

Users may create personas (virtual profiles) for anonymous work. You are responsible for all content and activities conducted through your personas. Personas must not be used to impersonate others or engage in deceptive practices.

8. Paywall and Premium Content

Premium users may create paywall-protected content. You are responsible for managing access to your premium content and ensuring that your content complies with applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
